All visits to our office are by appointment only. Please plan several weeks ahead in scheduling routine well baby/child exams and school, camp and sports physicals. This is especially true during the spring and summer months when demand for these types of appointments is higher. Of course no one plans to have a sick child; therefore we are usually able to schedule you a "same-day" sick appointment.

• If you must cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a charge for missed well child and issues appointments which are not canceled with 24 hours notice.
• Please make every effort to be on time for appointments; we will also try to see you for your appointment promptly. We may need to reschedule an appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
• New patients, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete necessary paper work and process insurance information.
• Please bring your insurance card to each visit and notify us if your insurance has changed.
• There will be a $5 administration fee charged if a co-pay is not paid at the time of service.
